I recently decided to paint the room that my toilet is in this wicked, deep, rich, jungle green colour. For reasons we shan’t go into here and now I decided it was necessary to finalise my decorating of the largely overlooked room with a panther head mounted on the back of the door. After selecting the appropriate screw-hook-doodad to hold up said panther head a smart girl would have compared the length of the screw to the thickness of the door, alas, on this particular day, I was not a smart girl. The screw poked through to the other side of the door and a not insignificant amount of swearing ensued. How to cover my non smart girl moment? Please let this not require more painting. In a very brilliant and creative girl moment I recalled lusting over these really funky frames that came in some excellent colour choices online recently. I tracked them down, just as funky and as lust worthy as I recalled, and excellent colour choices? Oh, no, PERFECT colour choices! This really funky and lust worthy frame perfectly matched the wall colour I was oh so proud of! Another hole in the door (created with a more considered and mindful approach), a scrap of material that complements the flooring, a Polaroid photo of my dog doing a poo, and probably the best photo frame I’ve ever bought in my whole life all combined to create the absolute crème de la crème of toilet doors that subtly suggest at what room hides behind the door and even more perfectly, what colour it is. You might be reading this review hoping for not a roller coaster but nonetheless humble brag about my decorating journey but details about the frame itself, the shipping, the packing, and the service of this fine online store. Frame is perfect, even cooler than I dreamed it, and it’s solid, good quality, well made: this is not a “oh this is quirky so you’ll likely only want it around for a few months so it can be made of paper machete equivalent product” job. Packaged beautifully (I think, I was in a real big hurry to get to the good stuff) but definitely in a very sturdy manner: there was no chance this little baby was going to arrive in anything but perfect condition no mater what the post people threw at it (threw it at). Super speedy shipping: like these guys were as excited for me to receive my frame as I was. Excellent communication and updates. Blah blah blah, just buy the damn thing!

There is knotting between each bead, and each necklace is weightier (in a good way) and more solid than I was expecting. I wear these together and love myself to death in them. They elevate everything with colour and dopamine. ADORE them!

This little guy has bought me so much joy and has been such a conversation starter for our guests over the holidays- everyone thinks he’s real at first :). He’s so soft, really bright and beautifully made. He’s super light, so can put on small photo frames for example without unbalancing them. Definitely more than just a decoration. My young sons and I have been randomly moving him around the house and pretending like he flew to his new spot- it’s a silly little random game but we are loving it. Would highly recommend for an indoor plant pot decoration (just be sure to remove him before watering).
